The WMHF Impact Funding program is available to West Moreton Health employees and departments. The program provides funding for new medical equipment, research and innovation, health promotion initiatives and services for patients and their families.
Funding aligns with the West Moreton population key health priorities, including:
- Care closer to home
- First Nation’s health equity
- Chronic disease
- Mental health
- Patient and support persons’ experience
