What are the carpark operating hours?

The Ipswich Hospital and Ipswich Health Plaza carparks have different operating hours. Visit the Ipswich Hospital parking and Ipswich Health Plaza parking pages for more information.

If you regularly need access to Ipswich Health Plaza Carpark outside operating access, please complete our parking support form to organise an After Hours Access Card (AHAC).

What are the carpark height restrictions?

The Ipswich Hospital and Ipswich Health Plaza carparks have different height restrictions. Visit the Ipswich Hospital parking and Ipswich Health Plaza parking pages for more information.

Is accessible parking available?

Accessible parking is available in each of our carparks. For more information on where the accessible parking is located within each carpark, visit the Ipswich Hospital parking and Ipswich Health Plaza parking pages respectively.

Please note: disability parking permits do not permit free or discounted parking within the Ipswich Hospital and Ipswich Health Plaza sites. Permits enable parking in accessible parking spots.

What if I can't find a park?

Visitors are allowed 15 minutes to look for a park and in the case that you don’t find one, proceed to the exit and exit the carpark for no charge.

What if I need help with my parking at the pay station or exit?

The pay stations and exit pay machines have 'help’ buttons, indicated by a phone icon, which ring through to assistance. Press the 'help' button and wait up to 12 rings.

What do I do if my car is damaged while parked in the carpark?

  1. Lodge a police report through police link or by visiting a local police station.
  2. QPS will issue a reference number
  3. If required, request footage through West Moreton Health.

I’ve already taken a ticket – can I still get the account rate before I leave?

If you’re still in the carpark, yes.

Create your carpark account, add a valid credit card, then contact us so we can cancel your entry ticket before you leave.

Do I qualify for a parking account?

Anyone can open a parking account and access our account holder daily rate.

How do I create a parking account?

Visit our create UbiPark account page and follow the prompts.

How do I update my payment details?

  1. Login to your UbiPark account
  2. Click 'my account'
  3. Click 'payment options'
  4. Make changes as required
Please note: changes can take up to 30 minutes to sync with the carpark system prior to entry.

How do I generate a statement for my parking account?

  1. Login to your UbiPark account
  2. Click 'my account'
  3. Click 'payment history'
  4. Click 'consolidated tax invoice'
  5. Select a date range
  6. Click 'export'
  7. The statement will download as a PDF file

How do I add/change the licence plate numbers on my parking account?

  1. Login to your UbiPark account
  2. Click 'my account'
  3. Click 'my vehicles'
  4. Mave changes as required

How many licence plate numbers can I have on my parking account?

You can have a maximum of 3 licence plate numbers per account.

How many of my vehicles can be parked at one time?

Only one vehicle per account can be parked in any of our carparks at any one time, even if you've registered more than one licence plate.

Can I set up parking for multiple business vehicles?

Yes. If your organisation needs to park multiple vehicles simultaneously, please complete our parking support form to set up a company carpark account.

A company account can include an unlimited number of vehicles, with one payment method charged for all registered vehicles.

Does the daily rate apply if I leave and return in the one day?

Yes. You can enter and exit multiple times in a 24-hour period for the reduced daily account rate.

What if I need to park at both Ipswich Hospital and Ipswich Health Plaza in one day?

The daily rate is charged only once if you need to move between carparks in one day.

My licence plate isn't being read at entry or exit — what can I do?

If your vehicle's licence plate isn't recognised by the camera, you can use the QR code on your parking account instead.

Your QR code is available on your account dashboard. We recommend saving it to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for easy access.

Your account must be active with a valid credit card attached for the QR code to work.

I've recently started working at West Moreton Health — can I update my account?

Yes. If you set up your parking account before joining West Moreton Health, please complete our parking support form and our team will update your account access for you.

I don't need my account anymore — what do I do?

If you no longer need your carpark account, please complete our parking support form.

Once received, our team will process your request and confirm when your account has been cancelled. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.

How do I close my old ParkCharge account?

  1. Log in to your ParkCharge account
  2. Click 'close account'
  3. Follow the prompts
  4. Any remaining balance will be automatically refunded to your nominated credit card

Casual parking FAQs

Do I need a ticket?

Yes, you will need to take a ticket upon entry. Your ticket is your key to enter and exit the carpark.

How do I pay for my parking?

Insert your parking ticket into one of our pay machines and pay the amount displayed using cash or card.

Your parking ticket will be returned for you to scan on exit from the carpark.

Alternatively, you can pay with credit or debit card at the exit of the carpark.

What if I lose my ticket?

Lost tickets incur a charge equivalent to the maximum daily rate. To exit the carpark you will be required to use the 'lost ticket' button at the pay stations or exit gates.
